Gather & Prepare Your Photos
- Gather & Organize: Collect your photos and organize them chronologically, by event, or any system that makes sense for you
- Photo Prep: Remove any items attached to your photos that could damage them during scanning, such as paperclips, staples, rubber bands, or adhesive tape. Gently peel off any corner tabs or protective sleeves that might be stuck to the photos
- Flatten Out: If your photos are curled or bent, gently place them under a heavy book for a few hours to flatten them out. This will ensure the best possible scan quality

Schedule a Photo Pickup
- Schedule your convenient pick-up time in just a few clicks using our easy online booking system!
- No need to count! Just give us an idea of the quantity (a shoebox full? a few hundred?)
- Quick tip: Approximately 1" = 100 photos
- Deposit: A $150 refundable deposit is required to confirm your pick-up. This deposit will be applied towards your final order total

Time to Get Scanning!
- High-Quality Scans: 600 DPI resolution to meet your needs
- Original & Enhanced Copies: For each photo, you'll receive two digital files:
- Original Scan: An exact digital replica of your photo, preserving its original look and quality
- Enhanced Color Scan (Included in Our Service): A revitalized version of your photo with improved color correction and adjustments to enhance vibrancy
- Back of Photo Scans (Included in Our Service): If there is any writing on the back of your photos, we include those as a part of our service as well!

Download Your Memories & Schedule Return
- Once your photos are scanned, we'll upload them to your own private online gallery
- You'll receive a link to view, download, and securely purchase your digital scans anytime, anywhere
- Afterward, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient time for the safe return of your original photos
